  2. Retained – To save cost have our team work on multiple positions under one flat monthly fee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our performance you can cancel our services at any time.
  3. Hourly- Start and stop our staffing services at any time. We will be your on-demand recruiter working at a flat hourly rate, similar to your own Talent Acquisition.
  4. Contactor or Contract to Direct Hire- Hire top contractors and based on their performance convert them to Direct Hires. Do not risk making a bad hire just because a candidate interview well.
  5. Hybrid- Based on the pricing model you feel most comfortable with, we will create a staffing fee that fits into your budget.
